Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and selling recruitment or staffing solutions. This role blends the consultative aspects of recruitment with a strong sales focus to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
-Prospecting: Identify and contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.
-Sales Pitching: Present and promote services to decision-makers and HR managers.
-Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
-Needs Analysis: Understand client hiring needs and present tailored solutions.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client communications.
-Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely and quality delivery.
-Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
-Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
-Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and staffing solutions.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
-Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
-Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
-Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.

-Experience in B2B sales or recruitment sales is a strong advantage.
