Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
Follow up with existing and new leads
Maintain proper lead status updates in CRM/sheets
Coordinate with customers regarding inspection scheduling
Maintain regular communication with clients
Track pending and backlog leads
Ensure timely follow-ups and response management
Coordinate internally with the inspection team
Maintain daily activity and follow-up reports
Build positive customer relationships
