Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and online channels.

• Identify potential clients and develop a strong sales pipeline.

• Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM tools.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.

• Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• 0.6–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Business Development.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in SaaS, Real Estate, or IT sales is an added advantage.

• Knowledge of lead generation techniques.

• Basic understanding of digital sales and online platforms.
