Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and online channels.
Identify potential clients and develop a strong sales pipeline.
Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM tools.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
0.6–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Business Development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Experience in SaaS, Real Estate, or IT sales is an added advantage.
Knowledge of lead generation techniques.
Basic understanding of digital sales and online platforms.
