Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

PropCheckup is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to engage with prospective customers, qualify leads, explain our home inspection services, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. This role is office-based and involves handling sales primarily through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with incoming and assigned leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable inspection services.
Explain service offerings, pricing, and the inspection process.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead records and sales updates in the CRM.
Coordinate with the operations team for scheduling and service delivery.
Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Comfortable with telephonic and online sales.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
