Key Responsibilities:

Inside sales representatives focus on generating and closing sales remotely via phone, email, video calls, and digital tools, primarily from an office or home setup.
Lead Generation
- Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, and research on prospects.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, researching accounts, and identifying key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a database of prospects and clients using CRM systems.
Sales Execution
- Conduct product demos, explain features, and tailor pitches to address customer pain points.
- Negotiate deals, overcome objections, upsell services, and close sales to meet quotas.
- Handle inquiries, send quotes or proposals, and ensure smooth handoffs to account teams when needed.
Reporting and Support
- Track all interactions, pipeline progress, and sales activities in CRM for accurate forecasting.
- Stay updated on products, competitors, and market trends to refine strategies.resources.
- Collaborate with marketing, support, and channel partners to nurture relationships and drive revenue
