Key Responsibilities

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Electronics / Electronics

Handle inbound customer enquiries, collect complete customer details, and maintain records in Excel.
Prepare and send quotations and proforma invoices accurately and in a timely manner; follow up with customers.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling complementary products.
Research new industries and potential clients, send company introductions and follow up on leads.
Maintain daily and weekly reports on enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
