KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass them to the sales team.
- Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute lead generation campaigns.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects to convert them into potential clients.
- Prepare and present reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
SKILLS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and lead generation software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
JOB LOCATION: Thane, Mumbai.
EXPERIENCE: 2.5 years (Lead generation, BPO industry)
SALARY DETAILS: Upto 5 lakh per annum.
