About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to generate and convert leads.

• Promote and sell products/services to prospective customers over the phone.

• Build strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales using CRM tools.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum Education: 10+2 (Higher Secondary) / Graduate

• Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory

• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills

• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven mindset

• Ability to work effectively in a high-performance, result-oriented environment

• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
