6 months to 4 years of proven experience in travel sales, consultation, or customer-facing roles.
Strong understanding of domestic or international destinations and travel planning.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
High level of enthusiasm, accountability, and ownership.
Comfortable working with targets and thriving in a performance-driven culture.
Strong sense of customer service and attention to detail.
