Job Title: Inside Sales / Outbound Sales Executive

Role SummaryWe are seeking self-driven, target-oriented individuals to join our Inside Sales team. The role involves lead generation, conversions, and managing the end-to-end sales lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesSource new business through outbound calls, emails, and lead outreach.Qualify prospects, understand customer needs, and present or demo products/services.Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual).Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline records in CRM or Excel.Upsell or cross-sell to existing customers and request referrals to expand the customer base.Requirements / Candidate Profile0 to 6 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or related roles.Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Proficient with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
