Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities.
Respond to customer inquiries received through calls, websites, social media, and referrals.
Understand client requirements for residential, commercial, office, or retail interior projects.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings/site visits for the Business Development or Design team.
Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication until project closure.
Coordinate with designers, project managers, and the estimation team for timely client updates.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Achieve lead generation, meeting, and conversion targets.
Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Support marketing campaigns by following up with campaign-generated leads.
