About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of software, internet, and hardware, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
Maintain and update customer database in CRM tools.
Coordinate with the technical team for product demonstrations and client queries.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (BCA, B.Tech preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales or telesales (IT sales preferred).
Basic technical knowledge of software, internet, and hardware.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and internet usage.
