Job Description

General

  • Proficiency in both English & Hindi (written & oral)

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

  • Active listening & empathising skills

  • Analytical &problem solving ability

External stakeholders

  • Customer engagement & relationship building through understanding needs, pain points of customers, understand and propose appropriate solutions

  • Ability to educate leads about product & service offerings (value propositions)

  • Building trust & rapport with customers for long term relationships

  • Prospecting & lead management

  • Ability to qualify leads basis potential of conversion into current &future prospects. Tracking and managing leads through various stages of the sales pipeline

  • Upselling or cross-selling additional products or services when applicable 

Internal stakeholders

  • Preparing compelling pitches to train team on propositions as well help with rebuttals to drive up conversions

  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Sharing customer insights and market feedback to improve lead-generation efforts.

  • Coach, insipre& lead to create a high performing team

Domain expertise/requirements

  • Knowledge of CRM principles & tools, diallers & process automation

  • Strategic sales planning

  • Willingness to work varied shift
