Key Responsibilities
Handle inside sales activities for medical device products.
Generate new sales leads through online channels, digital platforms, databases, social media, and other sources.
Contact prospective customers, understand their requirements, and present suitable products/solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, negotiate, and effectively close sales deals.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales, purchase, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
Maintain lead/customer records and regularly update sales pipeline and follow-up status.
Prepare sales reports and achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
Required Skills
Graduate with 3–4 years of proven experience in inside sales, preferably in Medical Devices, Pharma, Healthcare, or a related trading company.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
Good lead generation, negotiation, follow-up, and sales closing skills.
Comfortable using online platforms, CRM, MS Office, email, and digital communication tools.
Target-oriented, confident, proactive, and capable of working independently.
