Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with potential clients to explain our immigration services.

• Provide basic information regarding immigration eligibility, procedures, and required documents.

• Convert leads into successful applications and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Guide clients through paperwork and ensure proper submission and legal compliance.

• Maintain and update client details using Excel or CRM software.

• Build strong client relationships and resolve queries professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

• Good spoken English and persuasion skills.

• Basic knowledge of Google Search and MS Excel.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or immigration services is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (12th Pass)
