Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at First India Credit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our personal loan products, and achieving sales targets. This role offers an attractive incentive structure based on individual and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and identify potential customers for personal loan products.

• Promote and explain our loan products and services to clients.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Follow up with clients to ensure timely processing of loans.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in sales (preferably in finance or banking).

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of personal loans, finance products, or banking is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
