Job Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clients.
Counsel clients regarding work visas, visit visas, and immigration services.
Follow up with leads and maintain client records.
Explain visa processes, documentation, and company services.
Coordinate with the processing team for client applications.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude while dealing with customers.
Achieve daily and monthly follow-up targets.
Requirements
Minimum 10th Pass or Graduate.
Good communication skills in Hindi or Basic English
Experience in immigration, sales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred but freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Honest, confident, and willing to learn.
