For more details: https://www.initial.com/in/ About the Role: ● The Hygiene Care Consultant / Sr. Hygiene Care Consultant will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. Providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. ● The incumbent will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders. Job Responsibilities: ● Present, promote, and sell products / services to existing and prospective clients ● Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to align offerings with client requirements ● Maintain strong, positive business relationships with customers ● Reach out to potential clients through cold calling ● Develop new business opportunities within existing and new customer bases in line with the sales strategy ● Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction ● Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within defined timelines ● Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders ● Analyse market and territory potential, and track sales performance reports ● Support debt collection efforts as needed Requirements Key Result Areas: ● Sales / Business Development ● Client Acquisition ● Relationship Management ● Maintaining MIS / Reports Competencies (Skills essential to the role): ● Strong interpersonal and networking skills ● Effective verbal and written communication ● Negotiation Skills ● Target-driven with a focus on achieving results ● Proficient in MS Office / G-Suite Educational Qualification / Other Requirement: ● Any Graduate (Any stream) ● Freshers or candidates with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
