Hotel Sales Manager

Position Overview
The Hotel Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a PY OLLIV–affiliated property. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring operational efficiency across all departments, driving revenue growth, and maintaining compliance with PY OLLIV brand standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, operational expertise, and a guest-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Oversee the functioning of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage (if applicable), and Maintenance teams.

• Ensure all rooms and facilities consistently meet PY OLLIV quality, hygiene, and maintenance standards.

• Collaborate with the PY OLLIV Cluster/Area Manager to ensure adherence to operational protocols and brand compliance.

2. Guest Experience

• Provide a welcoming environment by personally engaging with guests and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

• Monitor guest reviews across the PY OLLIV app, Google Reviews, and other platforms, implementing strategies to improve ratings and encourage repeat business.

• Introduce initiatives to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

3. Revenue & Inventory Management

• Manage daily room pricing, availability, and inventory through the PY OLLIV Property Management System (PMS).

• Optimize occupancy rates and Average Daily Rate (ADR) through strategic planning.

• Recommend promotional activities and seasonal offers to maximize revenue.

4. Staff Leadership & Development

• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure adherence to service standards.

• Create and maintain duty rosters to ensure adequate staffing during peak periods.

• Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and skill development sessions.

5. Financial & Administrative Oversight

• Monitor operational expenses and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.

• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports.

• Ensure timely processing of invoices, payroll, and vendor payments.

6. Compliance & Safety

• Uphold PY OLLIV’s health, safety, and security policies.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, industry best practices, and brand standards.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
