Job Description – Home Loan Team Leader (DSA Firm)
We are looking for a Home Loan Team Leader to manage a small sales team in a DSA setup. The role involves achieving home loan sales targets, finding new customers through field work and references, and explaining home loan options in a simple way. You will also guide customers through the loan process, help in document collection, coordinate with banks, and ensure smooth loan closure. Regular follow-ups and team performance tracking are also part of the job.

Candidate Requirements:
Candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in home loan sales or DSA sales. Must have experience in team handling, field sales, and target achievement. Good communication skills and basic knowledge of home loan products are required.
