Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide appropriate product recommendations (life, health, motor, property, etc.).
Explain policy features, terms, and benefits clearly to clients.
Generate and follow up on leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain regular contact with clients to provide policy updates, renewals, and support.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
