GYM Manager

We are looking for a Gym Manager to join our team at at Elevate Fitness . The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹30000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure overall growth, profitability, and smooth operations of the gym

• Drive membership sales, renewals, and package upgrades

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets

• Generate new leads through referrals, local promotions, and partnerships

• Plan and execute marketing activities, offers, and fitness campaigns

• Monitor walk-ins, improve conversion rates, and increase member retention

• Manage and motivate trainers and support staff to achieve business goals

• Maintain high standards of customer service and member satisfaction

• Control operational costs and maximize revenue

• Uphold gym policies, discipline, and brand image

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
