The Guidance Mentor will support students by providing accurate information about courses, career paths, and skill development opportunities. The role requires strong communication, counseling skills, and the ability to guide students in making informed decisions about their future.
Communicate with students daily through calls, messages, or in-person interactions.
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses or career directions.
Handle student doubts and concerns with patience and clarity.
Assist in converting counseling sessions into admissions.
Maintain student records and update the system regularly.
Conduct regular follow-ups and provide progress updates.
Explain institute courses, training benefits, and career outcomes clearly.
Provide motivational support and positive guidance to students.
Strong verbal communication (English/Hindi/Marathi).
Active listening and empathetic understanding.
Positive attitude and confidence.
Ability to build trust and rapport with students.
Problem-solving and basic decision-making ability.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email).
