About the Role:

Golden Dream Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Sales to lead and drive our real-estate sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real-estate sales, team management, business development, client conversion, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.

- Drive sales for residential projects, plotting projects, and builder-floor projects.

- Generate business through direct sales, channel partners, brokers, referrals, and other sources.

- Monitor leads, follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and property consultants.

- Conduct regular sales reviews and track individual and team performance.

- Set targets and KPIs for the sales team and ensure timely achievement.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop new sales channels.

- Handle high-value client negotiations and support the team in closing important deals.

- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance reports for management.

- Analyses market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads generated through various channels.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales revenue and market presence.

- Coordinate with Marketing and other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 5–25+ years of overall sales experience, preferably with significant experience in Real Estate.

- Strong experience in Real Estate Sales and Team Management.

- Experience in builder-floor, residential, plotting, or property sales will be preferred.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.

- Good knowledge of the Noida/Greater Noida/Delhi NCR real-estate market will be an advantage.

- Ability to manage a large sales team and drive performance.

- Strong business development and closing skills.

Qualification

Graduation/Post Graduation in any relevant discipline. MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
