Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager to expand our beverage franchise network. The candidate will be responsible for identifying franchise opportunities, generating leads, onboarding franchise partners, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in franchise sales, channel development, and business expansion within the beverage, FMCG, or retail sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Development
Identify and recruit potential franchise partners across assigned territories.
Generate qualified franchise leads through field visits, networking, referrals, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
Conduct franchise presentations and business opportunity discussions.
Evaluate franchise applicants based on company criteria and business potential.
Coordinate franchise agreement execution and onboarding processes.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise sales targets.
Drive revenue growth through franchise expansion and territory development.
Develop market penetration strategies to increase brand presence.
Monitor franchise sales performance and implement corrective actions when required.
Business Development
Identify new markets and expansion opportunities.
Build relationships with investors, distributors, and business associates.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
Develop strategic plans for franchise growth and profitability.
Franchise Support & Relationship Management
Ensure smooth franchise setup and operational support.
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and training teams.
Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to improve retention and business growth.
Resolve franchise-related issues and provide timely solutions.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and franchise performance.
Present business updates and forecasts to management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of franchise leads generated.
Franchise agreements closed per month.
Revenue generated from franchise sales.
Territory expansion achievements.
Franchise retention and satisfaction levels.
Conversion ratio from leads to signed franchise agreements.
Achievement of assigned sales targets.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
MBA preferred.
Experience
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, or Channel Sales.
Experience in the Beverage, FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail, or Franchise Industry preferred.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
