Key Responsibilities:
Achieve primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory.
Generate new business by appointing distributors and expanding the retail network.
Visit distributors, wholesalers, and retailers regularly to ensure product availability and visibility.
Promote the company's edible oil products and execute sales strategies.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy relationships with channel partners.
Prepare daily sales reports and submit market feedback to the Area Sales Manager.
Coordinate with distributors to ensure stock availability and smooth order execution.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in Edible Oil/FMCG Sales.
Strong knowledge of Rice Bran Oil, Refined Oil, Blended Oil, Sunflower Oil, Mustard Oil, and Palm Oil.
Experience in General Trade (GT) sales and distributor handling.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
CTC: ₹3–5 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
