Job Description: Sales Executive – Corporate Catering
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive corporate catering sales across Delhi NCR. The role focuses on generating and managing corporate catering business including daily corporate meals, boardroom meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events. The ideal candidate should be proactive, well-connected with corporate clients, and capable of converting leads into long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Generate new corporate catering leads across Delhi NCR.
Identify and approach potential clients including corporate offices, HR teams, admin departments, and event planners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers.
2. Corporate Catering Sales
Secure catering orders for:
Boardroom meetings
Corporate lunches and daily staff meals
Conferences and seminars
Exhibitions and corporate events
3. Client Relationship Management
Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective and existing corporate clients.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and tastings to convert leads into confirmed business.
Ensure long-term client relationships and repeat business opportunities.
4. Coordination & Execution
Work closely with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of catering services.
Assist clients with menu planning, pricing, and service arrangements.
5. Revenue & Target Management
Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets.
Track leads, proposals, and confirmed orders to maintain consistent business growth.
Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years in corporate sales, hospitality, catering, hotel banquets, or event sales.
Strong network with corporate offices, HR/admin teams, or event agencies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
Own vehicle preferred for client meetings and business development.
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)
Incentives & Bonuses
1% – 2% incentive on confirmed billing revenue generated.
Additional performance bonuses on large contracts and high-value corporate deals.
