Floor Manager

We are looking for a Floor Manager to join our team at Itvedant Education. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹35,000 - ₹50,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of telecallers/admission counselors.

• Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, conversions, and productivity.

• Achieve admission and revenue targets through the team.

• Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.

• Handle escalations and resolve customer/student concerns.

• Track KPIs such as call volume, conversion ratio, enrollment numbers, and revenue.

• Ensure adherence to process, quality standards, and attendance.

• Train new team members and improve team performance.

• Prepare daily/weekly MIS and reports for management.

• Coordinate with admissions, operations, and management teams.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 3 - 5 years of experience.
