🎯 Key Responsibilities

Conduct site surveys and shadow analysis
Prepare Bill of Materials (BoM) and installation presentations
Supervise on-site solar installations
Perform quality audits and ensure installation standards
Handle meter installation & inverter commissioning
Manage government approvals and documentation processes

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education:

10th/12th (PCM/PCMB preferred) with good academic performance
ITI (Electrician/Turner/Fitter/Welder) OR
Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electronics
Suryamitra certification (preferred)

Experience:

Fresher (Suryamitra preferred) OR
1+ year in solar installation / project execution

🧠 Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills:

Basic solar and electrical knowledge
Site survey understanding
MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint basics
Knowledge of inverter commissioning (preferred)

Behavioral Skills:

Good communication (English, Hindi + local language)
Problem-solving attitude
Presentable personality
Negotiation skills

🚗 Travel Requirements

Daily travel within city
Occasional intercity travel
Own bike is mandatory
