Job Description: Field Sales Executive (North India)We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. This role is focused on expanding our footprint within the CSC (Common Service Centre) e-Grameen ecosystem across North India.The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling extensively, building relationships with Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs), and driving product adoption at the grassroots level.Key ResponsibilitiesVLE Engagement: Actively travel across designated North Indian states (primarily UP, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, and Himachal Pradesh) to meet and pitch products to VLEs.Sales Generation: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting VLEs into active sellers or consumers of our product line.maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing VLE ‘s Product Training: Conduct small-scale demonstrations and training sessions for VLEs to help them understand product benefits and sales techniques.Market Intelligence: Provide regular feedback from the field regarding competitor activity, VLE pain points, and local market trends.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads generated, and sales closed . Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or Rural Development preferred).Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field sales, ideally within rural marketing, FMCG, telecom, or fintech.CSC Knowledge: Prior experience working with the CSC ecosystem or e-Grameen network is a significant advantage.Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of regional dialects (Punjabi, Haryanvi, etc.) is a plus.Core CompetenciesRelatability: Ability to communicate effectively with rural entrepreneurs and build trust quickly.Resilience: A "boots on the ground" mindset with the stamina for extensive field travel.Persuasion: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections in a face-to-face setting.What We OfferTravel and daily allowance (TA/DA) for field visits.Opportunity to be part of a high-growth project impacting rural India.
