Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Field Sales Executive to join our PhonePe team. The role involves onboarding merchants and promoting PhonePe’s payment solutions and value-added services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential merchants to onboard them on PhonePe.

• Sell PhonePe Soundbox and other payment devices to merchants.

• Promote and facilitate PhonePe loan products for eligible merchants.

• Provide after-sales support, including resolving service issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Maintain strong relationships with merchants and ensure regular follow-ups.

• Achieve monthly sales and service targets.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication

• Ability to work independently in the field.

• Basic understanding of digital payments and merchant services.

• Customer-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills.
