Termitera is a professional pest control company specializing in providing high-quality and eco-friendly pest management solutions for commercial and industrial clients. Our services cater to offices, hotels, restaurants, warehouses, factories, and other business establishments.
Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new B2B leads through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
• Meet business owners, facility managers, and purchase heads to present pest control solutions.
• Conduct site surveys and coordinate with the technical team for customized service proposals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Prepare daily visit reports and update client data in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
Education : graduates preferred.
• Experienced or Freshers with good communication and confidence are welcome; experience in B2B field sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and meet clients daily.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and presentable.
• 2 wheeler and a DL is compulsory
• Languages:- English, Kannada & Hindi
