Responsibilities: ● Merchant Meetings ● Business Model Explain Karna ● KYC Documents Collect Karna ● Merchant Onboarding ● CRM Updates ● Daily Reporting 2 ⃣ Mobility Partner Onboarding (Cab Branding & E-Rickshaw Advertising) Employee ka kaam hoga: ● Cab Drivers ● Fleet Owners ● Taxi Operators ● E-Rickshaw Drivers ● Partner Meetings ko onboard karna. Responsibilities: ● Business Model Explain Karna ● KYC Collection ● Partner Onboarding ● CRM Updates ● Daily Reporting Daily Work Expectations Every Field Sales Executive is expected to: ✅ 15–20 Field Visits Per Day ✅ Minimum 1 Successful Onboarding Per Day ✅ CRM Update After Every Visit ✅ Customer Name, Mobile Number & Visit Remarks Update Karna ✅ Daily Reporting CRM Policy CRM Company ka official reporting system hai. ● Duty ON rakhna mandatory hai. ● Har visit CRM mein update karni hogi. ● Customer details mandatory hain. ● Fake visits, fake leads, fake reporting ya incorrect information tolerate nahi ki jayegi. Salary & Benefits Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 Per Month Travel Reimbursement � � Bike – ₹2 Per KM � � Scooty – ₹3 Per KM (Verified CRM Records ke basis par.) Performance Incentives company policy ke according applicable rahenge.
