Role Overview
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving B2C activities for RNTOUT across various rental categories and supporting 1T4 in expanding its presence. You will actively engage with businesses, corporate HR departments, and administrative teams to foster partnerships and drive registrations. This role also involves organizing on-ground events, facilitating offline marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
B2C and Partner Engagement
Retail Partnerships: Build relationships with local retail outlets (electronics, furniture, etc.) to onboard them onto the RNTOUT platform.
Corporate Engagement: Connect with HR and admin departments in corporates to promote 1T4’s car and bike pooling solutions.
On-Ground Marketing & Events
Event Management: Plan and execute registration camps at corporate offices, universities, and community hubs to increase user adoption.
Offline Advertising: Oversee the placement of banners, posters, and other promotional materials at strategic locations.
Customer Acquisition
Lead Generation: Identify and target potential users across B2C segments, including students, professionals, and local businesses.
Demonstrations: Present platform features and benefits to prospective users through engaging demonstrations.
Feedback and Market Insights
Gather customer and partner feedback to continuously improve platform services and user experience.
Sales and Reporting
Targets: Meet monthly and quarterly targets for user registrations and corporate partnerships.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of activities, leads, and progress for regular updates to the management team.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales, preferably in the retail or B2B sectors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Knowledge: Familiarity with the local market in Hyderabad.
Technology: Basic understanding of e-commerce and ride-sharing platforms.
