Team Leader – Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and guide the D2R sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Ensure team discipline, attendance, and overall performance tracking.
Provide coaching and support to team members as needed.
Develop and implement sales strategies for Direct-to-Retail activities.
Ensure proper territory allocation and route planning.
Drive the execution of retail visits, product displays, and in-store visibility.
Track and review individual and team performance.
Monitor daily sales reports, beat plans, and order booking accuracy.
Conduct regular team meetings to address performance gaps.
Coordinate with supply chain/logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Conduct onboarding and periodic training for new and existing team members.
Share updates on product knowledge, schemes, and market trends.
Maintain accurate records of team activities, daily reports, and attendance.
Submit timely updates to the Sales Manager.
