Divvy Solar Power & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a leading Solar EPC company specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial rooftop solar solutions. We provide end-to-end services including site survey, design, installation, net metering, and after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and local market activities.

  • Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers to understand their electricity requirements.

  • Explain the benefits, ROI, government subsidies, and net-metering process for solar installations.

  • Conduct initial site assessments and coordinate with the technical team for detailed surveys.

  • Prepare quotations and proposals and negotiate commercial terms with customers.

  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed orders.

  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer meetings, and sales activities in CRM/Excel.

  • Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in Solar, Electrical, Construction, Real Estate, Telecom, or Consumer Durables.

  • Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong customer handling and convincing ability.

  • Knowledge of rooftop solar systems and government subsidy schemes (preferred).

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

  • Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
