Role Overview
As a Ground Operations Field recruiter, you will play a key role in sourcing, onboarding, and managing delivery partners (riders) for BLive's platform. You will act as the on-ground representative, ensuring effective recruitment, performance monitoring, and grievance redressal of our delivery partners who serve across e-commerce, food delivery, and bike-taxi segments.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential delivery partners from open markets.
Conduct field visits to source and onboard new riders onto the B: Live platform.
Perform regular performance evaluations of delivery partners and provide actionable feedback.
Monitor and enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of field service partners (FSPs).
Address rider issues and grievances promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Requirements
Prior experience in a field sales or ground operations role is preferred.
Strong sales acumen with a proactive and aggressive approach to lead generation.
Excellent knowledge of the local geography and area.
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle dynamic field situations.
