~ Job Title: Field Executive

~ Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Executive to visit customers, generate leads, maintain customer relationships, and support business growth through field activities.

~ Key Responsibilities

Visit residential (B2C) and business (B2B) customers in assigned areas.

Generate new leads through market visits, references, and networking.

Meet potential customers and explain company products.

Conduct field visits for customer enquiries and business opportunities.

Carry out offline promotional and marketing activities.

Collect customer information and maintain accurate records.

Update lead details, visit reports, and customer data in the tracker.

Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and visits.

Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and updates.

* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

* Gather market and competitor information during field visits.

~ Skills Required

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of sales and customer interaction.

* Ability to travel within assigned areas.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* HSC / Any Graduate.
