Job Title: Executive Assistant – Sales & Operations
We are looking for a Executive Assistant – Sales & Operations to join our team at RichAura Fintech Pvt Ltd. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, handling telecalling activities, managing office operations, and supporting the Founder in ensuring timely execution of tasks. The ideal candidate must have a passion for sales, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients through telecalling to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Present and promote financial products/services (loans, insurance, etc.) to prospective customers.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and encourage repeat business.
Prepare and deliver sales pitches tailored to client needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage and maintain data in Excel (MIS, reports, lead tracking).
Coordinate with team members and ensure smooth office operations.
Assist the Founder in daily tasks, follow-ups, and execution of key activities.
Ensure all assigned work is completed on time.
Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare reports on sales performance and client feedback.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass / Graduate with 0–3 years of experience. Applicants should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel
Strong follow-up and coordination ability
Sales-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
