We are looking for a proactive, smart, and organized Executive Assistant to support the Director in managing business growth and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, business development, client handling, and personal assistance tasks to ensure smooth coordination and business expansion.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through online/offline channels.
Generate qualified leads for the company’s products/services.
Prepare and pitch proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Maintain CRM data and follow up on leads regularly to ensure conversions.
Support in partnerships, collaborations, and market expansion initiatives.
Act as a single point of contact for existing clients.
Handle client queries, feedback, and escalation with professionalism.
Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
Maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Schedule and conduct regular review meetings and reports for clients.
Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
Handle travel bookings, itineraries, and coordination for business trips.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.
Prepare reports, minutes of meetings, and follow-ups on key tasks.
Assist in administrative and operational duties as required.
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of business communication and lead management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Smart, presentable, and professional attitude with problem-solving ability.
