We are hiring a Female B2B Sales & Business Development Executive for our Noida office.
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, presentable and result-oriented professional with 2+ years of experience in B2B, Enterprise, Corporate Sales or Business Development. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with corporate clients and senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and develop new B2B & Enterprise business opportunities
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking and market research
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and business discussions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Handle follow-ups, negotiations and achieve sales targets
• Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant sales/business development experience
• Master’s Degree mandatory
• Excellent English & Hindi communication skills
• Strong presentation, negotiation and convincing skills
• Professional personality with a target-oriented mindset
• Immediate/short notice candidates preferred
