About the Role:

We are hiring an Email Marketing Executive who can independently generate qualified leads via targeted email marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing outreach strategies to drive B2B/B2C leads and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute email marketing campaigns focused on lead generation.

• Build and maintain targeted email databases through research and tools.

• Write engaging and personalized email copy to maximize open and response rates.

• Use automation tools to schedule, segment, and optimize campaigns.

• Track campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, responses).

• Conduct A/B testing to improve subject lines, CTAs, and email templates.

• Ensure all email campaigns comply with anti-spam laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in email marketing & lead generation.

• Ability to research, extract, and verify potential prospect data.

• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.

• Understanding of email deliverability, domain warm-up, and list hygiene.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
