Contact and follow up with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings.
Explain course details, curriculum structure, pricing, and career outcomes.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs.
Convert inquiries into enrollments and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments in CRM systems.
Coordinate with academic and admissions teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Handle objections and provide solutions to prospective customers.
Participate in education fairs, webinars, seminars, and promotional events.
Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate clients (if applicable).
