Education Counsellor

The Education Program Advisor is responsible for guiding students through the institute’s academic programs, helping them select the right course based on their interests, career goals, and skills. The advisor will support students throughout their learning journey and ensure a smooth enrollment process.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed information about educational programs, training modules, and career pathways.

• Counsel students to understand their academic needs, interests, and long-term goals.

• Recommend suitable programs and guide students in making informed decisions.

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions through calls, messages, or in-person meetings.

• Handle student inquiries and resolve doubts with accuracy and clarity.

• Assist and support the admissions/enrollment process when needed.

• Maintain and update student data, follow-up lists, and progress records.

• Coordinate with the training/teaching team to ensure students receive proper support.

• Keep a thorough understanding of all courses offered by the institute.

• Provide positive motivation to students throughout their learning journey.

• Ensure professional communication and maintain confidentiality.

• Strong verbal and written communication (English/Hindi/Marathi).
