We are looking for a Education Counsellor to join our team at at Softcrayons Tech Solution (opc) Private Limited. Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and working professionals on IT courses such as software development, data science, Graphic designing, cloud computing, and more
Understand candidates’ educational background, career goals, and skill levels to recommend suitable programs
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls, messages, and walk-ins
Drive enrollments by effectively communicating course benefits, career outcomes, and placement opportunities
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective leads and ensure conversion targets are met
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM systems
