Job Description

Department: Home Loan – DSA Vertical Expansion

Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented professionals with experience in Home Loan / LAP sales who are comfortable working in the DSA / Channel Partner model. The role focuses on expanding and managing the DSA network while driving consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard and manage DSA / Channel Partners
Generate business through the DSA network
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Build and maintain strong partner relationships
Conduct meetings, partner training sessions, and field activities
Ensure timely sales reporting and performance updates

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation in Any Discipline
Strong communication and relationship management skills

Candidates Preferred

Minimum 6 months of experience in Home Loan / LAP sales
Prior exposure to the DSA / Channel Partner model is preferred

Compensation: Increment as per market standards & candidate profile
