We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Education Counselor to guide prospective students and parents through our course offerings and admission process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving enrollments, achieving revenue targets, and delivering an excellent counseling experience.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding the institutes courses, programs, career outcomes, and admission process.
Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries professionally and promptly.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with leads.
Assist students in completing admission forms, documentation, and fee submission.
Maintain an up-to-date database of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Prepare and submit regular reports on counseling activities and admission targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Achieve Targets set by management.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience as an Education Counselor, Academic Advisor, or similar role (experience in an educational institute preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in an EdTech organization, particularly in student counseling or sales roles.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Daily Calls: Minimum 60–80 connected calls per day.
Revenue Targets: Consistent achievement of weekly revenue targets aligned with batch requirements.
