Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries and markets

  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and business goals

  • Research prospects and identify decision-makers

Proposal Development & Sales Pitching

  • Create customized presentations, proposals, and pricing models

  • Coordinate with internal teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables

  • Present proposals to prospective clients and manage follow-ups until closure

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding until project handover

  • Ensure a smooth transition to delivery teams

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

Sales Pipeline & Reporting

  • Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipelines

  • Track sales KPIs including leads, conversions, closures, and revenue

Prepare monthly sales performance reports and forecasts for management
