We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Education Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide students and parents through academic options, admission processes, and career planning, helping them make informed decisions aligned with their goals and interests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, career paths, and admission requirements.

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

• Follow up with leads and ensure successful conversion to enrolments.

• Maintain updated knowledge of various courses, institutes, and career trends.

• Conduct presentations, seminars, or webinars in schools, colleges, or events.

• Build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.

• Maintain accurate student records and provide regular reports to management.

• Support students with documentation and application procedures.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 1–5 years of counselling experience in an educational institution or ed-tech.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to connect with students of different age groups and backgrounds.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Fluency in English (additional regional language is a plus).
