About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Education Counselor – Inside Sales & Marketing to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced EdTech environment, enjoys guiding students, and has a flair for sales and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and parents on our programs through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Convert leads into successful enrollments by understanding student needs and recommending suitable courses
Achieve monthly sales targets and manage the end-to-end sales funnel
Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns and generate leads
Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
Follow up diligently on inquiries and leads to drive maximum conversions
Provide support during webinars, events, and online info sessions
Requirements Skills:
Experience: 2–3 years in education counseling, inside sales, or EdTech industry
Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is a must; Kannada is an added advantage
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Target-driven and self-motivated
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
